“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had such an amazing experience at the Marriott Kansas City Downtown thanks to Diego, who is visiting from Austin, TX. I accidentally forgot a couple of things in my car after it was already valet parked, and Diego went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he make sure I was able to get to my car, but he was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful—walking me to the car, making sure I felt safe the entire time, and ensuring I made it back to the hotel without any issues. His level of care and hospitality truly stood out and made a stressful moment so much easier. This is the kind of service that makes a stay memorable. Huge thank you to Diego for his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. Marriott is lucky to have him!”

Diego was so friendly and professional, he was incredibly quick every time. My car was ready without having to wait! He made me feel so safe 10/10 Diego! Then as we were loading up downstairs, I realized I left my phone charging in the room and had already checked out. Conner, with the valet service, ran up and got it for me! Hassle free trip with some quality people at this nice HGI in a prime location. Room was great too!”
